- Meditate before bed
Some even claim that regular exercise helps them to sleep better. Everyone is different, so it may take some time to find what works best for you.
Invest in Yourself
Taking time out for yourself is a great way to kick off in 2020. Self-care is an important part of your well-being, so don’t be afraid to spoil yourself with a facial or pedicure. Even if going to the spa isn’t your thing, you can schedule a monthly massage, daily hot tub soak or invest in a personal trainer to help you meet your fitness goals.
